Trotter - Langford wedding
Courtney Nicole Langford of Rome and Andrew Lee Trotter of Lindale were married at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 17, 2007, at Fairview Baptist Church. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Langford of Rome. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Johnny Trotter of Lindale. Bill Landers of Rome performed the double-ring ceremony. The church was decorated with three 15-branch brass candelabras, all adorned with mixed gerber daisies and white and silver bows. Ferns were also included. A unity stand holding three taper candles was adorned with mixed gerber daisies and a silver bow. Bouquets of a mixture of hot pink and light pink gerber daisies and pictures of the couples late grandfathers were placed in the church foyer. The Mother of Pearl Bible used in the ceremony was brought back by the grooms great-grandmother from the Holy Land and was used in her wedding as well as the wedding of the grooms parents.
