Islam consider it profitable for both physically and spiritual. The way of wedding in Islam is really simple and short. Man and woman have to sign the documents and also fulfill some religious demands which is called “NIKAH”. The Islam also established some conditions to secuer the rights of both bride and bridegroom. The Islam allows the man to have four wifes if he can fulfill their demands and also can provide them their rights.
In hindunism, the marriage is a scared dutythat entails both the religious and social obligation. The “Snskriat”, old literature of Hindunism gives many different types of wedding and their categoriztion ranging from “Ghandarva Vivaha”, immediate marriage by joint approval of just participants, devoid of any need for even a single third person as witness & to normal marriages, to “Rakshasa Vivaha” which means that a marriage performed by seizure of one participant by the other participant, usually, but not always, with the help of other persons. In Manusmriti there are some intricate laws like that which cast & which varnas can marry with which cast. People also have to accept the penalties for breaking these nuptial laws. Educated peoples do not like these rules.
